Start by choosing your frames and lenses at a Vision Clinic location. Once you’ve made your selection, you can enroll in the Vision Value Club. You may pay for your order in full or, where available, apply for flexible monthly financing. Your membership includes protection coverage, eyewear maintenance, member benefits, and one complimentary lens replacement if your prescription changes within the first 12 months. Conditions apply
The first 24 months represent your minimum commitment period, but your membership may continue beyond that time. Between months 24 and 36, you may have options such as renewing, returning, refreshing, or purchasing your eyewear, depending on your agreement. We recommend speaking with our team so we can clearly explain the options and timelines that apply to your specific order.
Yes. You may be able to keep your eyewear by paying a purchase or buyback amount, depending on when you choose to end or update your membership. The exact amount and available options will vary based on your order and membership timing, and our team can provide those details.
If your optometrist confirms a change in your prescription, you are eligible for one complimentary lens replacement for each qualifying pair within the first 12 months of your membership. Your frames must be in suitable condition to receive new lenses. If you choose upgraded lenses, additional charges may apply.
Family members who live at the same address are eligible to join. Eligibility requirements and conditions apply, so please speak with our team to confirm who qualifies and what benefits are available.
Each qualifying pair includes two years of breakage protection, with a $25 deductible per claim. Throughout your membership, you can also visit any Vision Clinic location for complimentary adjustments, cleaning, and replacement of standard wear-and-tear parts. Coverage is subject to conditions and exclusions.

After selecting your frames and lenses, our team will walk you through the membership benefits, eligibility requirements, payment options, and terms before you enroll. Flexible financing through PayPlan by RBC may be available at participating locations, subject to approval.
